We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture design and sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting our products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.


Generate Sales: Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their furniture needs and recommend suitable products from our catalog. Use persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including materials, features, and benefits. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped market segments to expand our customer base.

Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms, to generate leads and drive sales opportunities. Follow up on leads in a timely manner and nurture them through the sales process.

Order Management: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including orders, invoices, and payments.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing initiatives. Provide feedback to the management team to support strategic decision-making.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in furniture sales or a similar role, preferably in the home furnishings industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen with a passion for delivering results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel within the Bangalore region as required.
